PRODUCT OPERATION:

A) Shooting / taking pictures / shooting

On: Press the button to turn on the device. Then the blue light is on and the device starts to initialize

Take a picture: In standby mode, press the power button once, the blue light flashes once, the blue light is on, complete the photo.

Camera shooting: standby mode, long press the power button for about 2 seconds, three consecutive flashing blue, into the camera mode, short press the power button, blue light, pause the video and complete the video file.

B) Press the button for 3 seconds, the blue light flashes three times, the work indicator (blue) and the power indicator (red) are lit at the same time, then the device automatically saves the file and closes

C) Reset:

If the device does not work properly and you can not record it, press the reset button to reset it

D) Time setting:

1. First insert the TF card, connect the computer, you will find a new removable disk

2. Open the “Time” text document, enter the time to set the string, the string by the “year. Month.Day hours.minutes.seconds show / hide flag”, set the time as follows:

As time goes on: 2013-11-2823: 59: 59

a. The above time string is the time you want to set, pay attention to the space between months and hours of minutes,

b. The installation time of the file has been copied to the root directory, uninstall the hardware, boot, complete the installation time.

c. The reinstalled time will be saved to the camera.

E) PC Camera:

When using the computer USB interface to connect the device, you can press the power button, you can enter the PC Camera (web camera) mode. In this mode, your camera can be used as a PC camera, with friends online video chat, take pictures and so on. Connect the computer to the USB port or charger. The red light blinks slowly during charging. The green LED lights when the battery is fully charged

Shipping Policy

Delivery Duration:

Delivery within and around America, Europe, and Asia could take up to 3- 25 days.

Delivery duration for other continents such as Africa could take up to 35 days to deliver.

Refund Policy

For a quicker dispute solution we will appreciate it a lot if you provide:

  1. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.
  2. Screenshot of the e-mail or dispute received including name, date and content. In other words, a customer has sent the complaint (Through PayPal Dispute or other Gateway, e-mail, etc.).
  3. The products need to be returned, and if our Dispute Team asks for a return on the AS Service Center.

Except for the important interpretation, we will make a Refund, Resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Orders Delayed.

Orders are lacking tracking informationin transitpendingexpired after 60 days counting from the date that order departed from the warehouse. Following countries and shipping methods may be different:

  1. For orders shipped to the USA, it is after 45 days counting from the date that the order departed from the warehouse.
  2. For Brazil, it is after 110 days counting from the date that the order departed from the warehouse due to the strict customs clearance in Brazil.
  3. For China Post Registered Air Mail and CJ liquid direct line to all counties, we will deal with your dispute for delayed orders after 100 days counting from the date that order departed from the warehouse.
  4. For some special shipping methods, we cannot deal with your disputes. (See the following important interpretation)

Notes:

Sometimes, the order may arrive at the nearest post office to the buyer and might still be pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for clients to contact the local post office or go to the post office for delivery.

  1. Orders not received.

We will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.

  1. If you do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with the official seal is necessary.
  2. Tracking Information Alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below:
  3. a) Incorrect/insufficient Address.
  4. b) No Such Number.
  5. c) Unknown recipient.
  6. d) Refused.
  7. e) Do not pick up in time.
  8. f) No safe delivery location.
  9. g) Uncleared customs.
  10. h) Others.

Notes:

  1. The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, you need to pick up the package by yourself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, the logistics company. During the return, we take no responsibility if products have been lost.
  2. If the logistics company provides a return service to China, we will put the products in your private inventory and will not refund them when we receive the returned items.
  3. We cannot offer a refund or resend if you don’t process the undelivered order or package destroyed by logistics companies.
  4. Products Damaged.

We offer a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.

We offer a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived are partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches, etc.).

Notes:

  1. For fragile products, a refund is highly recommended.
  2. For damaged packing boxes, we can not offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distant international delivery.
  3. For ordinary products, you shall complain or open a dispute with us within 3 days after packages are delivered.
  4. For electronic products, you shall complain or open a dispute within 7 days after packages are delivered.
  5. Incorrect or Missing Products.

We have a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. We will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows: a. For incorrect products, we offer a full refund or replacement.

  1. For products with the wrong color, size which doesn’t affect product function, etc., we offer a partial refund.
  2. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, we may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing that affect product function, we will resend the product only.
  3. For accessories, we will resend the accessories.

Notes:

For the size problem, we will appreciate it a lot if you can measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us a photo of the measurement. Then, our dispute team will deal with your disputes quickly.

  1. Orders Cancellation.

For order cancellation, we offer a full refund before products been processed by warehouses. But things may be different for following orders:

  1. After payment, POD orders cannot be canceled as it is customized.
  2. After payment, private inventory orders cannot be canceled as it is special products and only available for you.
  3. After payment, video and photo orders cannot be canceled as we have planned and prepared for you after payment.


Important Interpretation

  1. Deadline of Opening Dispute.

You cannot open a dispute if the order status is closed. Your dispute cannot be resolved when tracking information from a third party is untraceable.

Notes:

  1. For bulk purchase orders, the close date usually is around 30 days.
  2. The dispute will be closed automatically if the order has been closed and you have not responded for seven consecutive days.
  3. Force Majeure.

We take no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of God, including but not limited to: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection. However, we will notify you by Chat, Email, WhatsApp, etc.

  1. Shipping Method Limits.

Some shipping methods are not trackable when orders arrived in some Countries, States, or Cities. We list those shipping methods in advance and will not accept any disputes when you choose those shipping methods to some countries, including:

PostNL, Turkey Post, Swiss Post, Electric PostNL to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Brazil, the overseas territories and overseas island areas;

Notes:

For DHL, CJPacket Fast Line, CJPacket JL Express, CJPacket Thailand, the remote addresses will be charged additional cost.

  1. Destination Limits.

Due to limited international transportation, we will not accept any disputes when your orders are shipped to the following countries:

Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Paraguay, Guatemala, Reunion, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana.

  1. Return.

Products can be returned to our partner’s CJ China warehouses only. But we do not suggest returning products to our warehouses, because the international shipping cost is high and it takes at least 3 months to arrive at CJ China Warehouse. Most of them will be lost during the return. Also, most of the returned products will be damaged on the way.

  1. If you indeed want to return the products, please contact us through the customer care page, email, etc
  2. Please return products within 10 days after receiving products.
  3. Service Products.

Service products apply to the following interpretation.

  1. Any disputes arising from products damaged or shipping delayed, we may not refund the product cost.
  2. Any disputes arising from bad quality, we may not accept as the supplier is neither CJ nor MallsAndFun.
  3. For service products without CJ's quality checking inspection, we may not accept the disputes. To access this quality checking inspection please contact us.
  4. Unacceptable Disputes.

We shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

  1. The buyer does not like it.
  2. The product description is not real.
  3. Products smell unusual.
  4. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
  5. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
  6. Product difference was negotiated in advance.
  7. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
